Impetigo

Sores that are red are the first sign of impetigo, but brown and black skin may hide the redness better than other skin colors, so it may be hard to see. The sores or blisters quickly burst, leaving behind crusty, golden-brown patches that look like they have been scratched. A lot of times, the patches look like they're stuck to your skin.
